Mother's Day
Mother's Day here was quiet. Our normal 'whole family' event didn't happen for a variety of reasons so Don's family came and spent time with us by themselves. It was a good day and although the boys made themselves scarce as they played with Legos and so on, Laura had a wonderful time. Daddy, Aunt Diane and Grandma Jan all enjoyed their time with her. Here are some pictures from our quiet afternoon.
“And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of the throne saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he shall dwell with them, and they shall be his peoples, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God: and he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more: the first things are passed away.” (Revelation 21: 2-4)
I'm a stay at home Mom, raising three wonderful children. We homeschool, and love spending time together. I'm glad you stopped by to share a little part of our world with us. Feel free to share a comment or send me an email to let me know what you think.
